Every Friday during football season, TD’s panel of experts will release weekly NFL picks—with a twist. Beyond the four members of our in-house editorial staff, we’ll also get guest picks every week from a celebrity, athlete or fellow industry expert.

To kick things off, we tracked down former Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Derrick Brooks, whose list of achievements on the gridiron includes 25 career interceptions, 11 Pro Bowls, 9 All-Pro selections, the 2002 Defensive Player of the Year Award and most importantly, a Super Bowl XXXVII ring as leader of the Bucs D.
