NFLers React to Monday Night Football
Last night we had a 2-for-1 special. First, the Baltimore Ravens, and more specifically, Joe Flacco, let the entire League know that they plan on competing for a Super Bowl this year with an impressive 44-13 home win over the Bengals. (Don’t you love when “Knee-Jerk Monday doesn’t actually end on Monday?) Then the Raiders did Raiders things and gave a home game away to the Chargers by somehow bringing long-snappers into the Twitter conversation (San Diego beat Oakland 22-12). Throughout the two games, NFL players, past and present, shared their thoughts and opinions of the games on Twitter. Below is a sampling. For more, follow @TDdaily’s List of NFL Players on Twitter.

Both RT @jasonfromct @jayfeely he had very little follow through. Is that a tactic for dirt or is he just that strong?

Somehow we’ll find a way to blame the #ReplacementRefs on the #Raiders long snaps.

Keep this in mind…..The back up Long Snapper hardly EVER gets reps at practice if any.
