Report: Chip Kelly No. 1 Choice For The Browns
Pat Shurmur didn’t do a terrible job with the Browns this season, but, for understandable reasons, new owner Jimmy Haslam wants to pick his own coach. Who might that coach be? Chip Kelly, according to Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio:
