Sure, the Raiders have proven to be far from the hallmark for talent evaluation. And sure, things look awfully bleak right now for Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o. But according to Jerry McDonald of the Contra Costa Times, Oakland general manager Reggie McKenzie still considers Te’o a first-round talent. Actually, that’s the prevailing theory, in terms of talent alone. But it will be interesting to see how Te’o's fate plays out considering the fishiness of his “hoax” story. The Raiders nugget:
